Elephants at the motel

In some of the hotels and motels along the way the towels and facecloths were folded into little sculptures, and I particularly liked these elephants in Barstow, California.

    Camper; great that you're going to LA; love following your adventures! Maybe you could check out the LA Sprallmarts...Good luck trying to be a pedestrian.

    They sure go through lots of trouble to give youtowels... I am glad I am not the one who has to fold them everyday! -Eric

    It was down to 5 degrees celcius this morning...not frost yet, but you can feel that it's coming. It is beautiful and sunny though, with most days warming up nicely. How's the weather in LA? Feel like summer?
